Yogurt Tahini Sauce & Dip
Yogurt tahini is a creamy sauce to drizzle on meats, veggies, wraps and more. Make the thicker version for the perfect falafel and kebab dip.

Ingredients

small container
plain yogurt
about 5 oz
1
clove
garlic, minced
4
tbsp
fresh squeezed lemon juice
3-4
tbsp
tahini
fresh minced herbs like parsley, cilantro, mint
optional
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Scoop out yogurt into a small bowl.
Add all other ingredients and stir with a fork or spoon until smooth.
Serve with your favorite meats, vegetables, toast or chips.
For a thick dip, leave as is. For a thinner sauce add water 1 tablespoon at a time and stir until you get your desired consistency.
Notes
Plain without herbs is totally fine. For different flavors add any fresh herbs of choice.
