Fermented honey and garlic is probably one of the easiest fermented foods you can make. Naturally occurring wild yeasts and bacteria come together and start the process without adding anything else. This recipe really only contains 2 ingredients: Garlic, and raw honey.
I completely forgot how much I love this dish because I haven’t made it in a while. It’s also quick with minimal mess.
Let me just start by saying I never intended to post this recipe on my blog, I was just winging dinner and didn’t take pics. What you’re seeing is 2 day old leftovers (which were still awesome-sauce by the way.) I know we eat with our eyes first so you’ll just have to trust me!
